Have had positive experiences before… but ac broke down…. And sent a very green technician. Immediately tried to push a $15-$20k upgrade when we were clearly stressed out. He was trying to say that we’ve had the wrong unit in our house for 13+ years, even though Michael and sons and others over years have never brought up. We usually have had good experiences with Michael & Sons, but we had a technician out tonight, Miguel, who had very poor communication when we were clearly stressed out. He was sarcastic and laughed when we were clearly frustrated with his lack of information and understanding. He also tried to push an expensive solution on us that is completely unnecessary and incorrect based on many other opinions from other Michael and sons technicians AND other companies over the years.
