We were getting intermittent cold water from our tankless water heater. Michael and sons was able to dispatch James Devoe the same morning I called them. James and very professional. He wore company uniform, he used a company van. They even had a company logo mat to wipe the leg before coming in. Jim wore booties also. He was proficient at his work.
