Michael and Son did a great job explaining details of the install in the issues with existing toilet prior to starting work. They were clear and transparent about what they needed to do in the price charge. They finished the work very quickly and with a high level of quality. I felt it was a little pricey but high quality and durability of the model made it palatable.
