I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. Dr Smar is an angel, he is the true meaning of what a Doctor should be like. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, loving and compassionate. The front desk staff is also very nice and professional, I really never had an issue, yes the new phone system is not the best but that’s all because of Mt Sanai administration, Dr. Smar really hates it too.
