I was terminated as a patient because I had (R) hand surgery the day of my eye exam. 2/20/23 I notified them ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE of my cancellation. I received a letter from Mr.Sirott himself telling me he was terminating me because I'm not following his recommendations w/eye exam. I even sent pictures of my hand , with stitches , and 8 tumors removed from my hand in a vile for his examination as proof. On his personal page. I was "ACCUSED , OF BLOCKING HIS PHONE NUMBER. I've always loved their office! They are always so understanding, listen to what you have to say and always go above and beyond to make sure your eyes are the best they can be. So incredibly warm and inviting, not a single complaint!!! Highly recommend!!
