Dr. Shin is an excellent orthopedic doctor. He has excellent bedside manners, listens to his patients, is very empathetic, easy to understand and talk to and is very thorough and knowledgeable. His care is very unique for his patients. He is very highly recommended.

This is my first review I have ever written in my life and for good purpose. Dr. Shin preformed a surgical repair on my UCL located on my right thumb in 2019. He also preformed the same thumb surgery on a teammate of mine who tore his right thumb during the same season. Dr. Shin repaired both of our thumbs while leaving massive knots of scar tissue at the surgical site, he did not prescribe any PT for me instead just insisting on telling me I will have arthritis later in life and to rub the injury.
