Dr. Michael Shevlin, Orthopedic Surgeon, of Allied Orthopedics, replaced both knees; right knee in January 2024 and left knee in April 2025. Both surgeries and recovery went well. He and his staff are very conscientious and caring.
My son came to Dr. Shevlin with a broken radius. It was a hard road to healing, but Dr. Shevlin took wonderful care of him, including his closed reduction surgery. His partner, Elizabeth was so incredibly kind and encouraging. She made my son feel safe and heard through the whole journey. Highly recommend this team!!!
Dr. Shevlin has always explained my options regarding my knee problems and not seemed like one of those surgeons who is in a hurry to talk you into surgery. My left knee replacement could not have been easier and I was back to almost normal activities within a matter of weeks. My second knee replacement was more of a challenge since I fell and did some damage to the knee.
