I will soon be having spinal surgery and with up most confidence in Dr. Shen, he will be doing the surgery. I appreciated the time he took explaining what to expect with the surgery and his no hold back explanations to all of my questions. Everyone in his office was kind and professional.
Dr Shen and his team have given me my life back! After nearly a lifetime of spine issues, I am no longer in pain and able to resume activities I haven’t been unable to do for years. I am so very thankful for a capable and dedicated surgeon, backed by a caring, responsive team, that led me to this point.
Dr. Shen saw me on Christmas Eve and helped me schedule an MRI. My Cigna insurance is slow to approve so hopefully they can help expedite the process.
