I called the office seeking info on procuring the services of Dr. Sheffield. Because I questioned how I may be billed insofar as Dr. Sheffield is of Premier status with my insurance, I was informed by the individual to visit Delta Dental's website to confirm that the dentist is in network. I repeatedly indicated that I did visit Delta Dental’s website. We went back and forth multiple times on the same subject of the doctor's status. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Sheffield (and staff). He is knowledgeable and skilled, and I highly recommend.
Best experience to date, starting from the front desk with Dana who always greets you with a smile. Dr. Sheffield, assisted by Helen, are just both so nice and kind. They walk you through all steps, with details, and did an amazing job on my crown (first one). Pleasant experience, and officially my dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Sheffield, he's just great!
Dr Mike is a great dentist, and I’ve had many. He is vert thorough and gentle, only criticism is he is extremely expensive for everything.
Dr. Sheffield has been our family's dentist for years. I recently was diagnosed with TMJ & he has made sure I am taken care of. From the awesome/friendly/caring experiences to helping me with treatments for my TMJ, he never leaves the room unless we've found a solution. Thank you to the staff & Dr. Sheffield for making such a hard time, easier for me.
Dr. Mike is personable, courteous, truly cares about his patients, and he does an excellent job.
