Mike really outperforms his colleagues in the real estate world, and I cannot suggest using anyone other than him. It is one thing to have knowledge & compassion of what his buyers or sellers desire, it's another to handle a transaction the way he does. He stands out in his knowledge of the transaction as a whole & really knows how to advocate for his client. Everything he does is with transparency and expertise. Do not make the mistake of choosing or recommending someone else.

If you look at the reviews of Michael Seward on the various Realtor platforms you will see lots of superlatives. They are earned, as we found out when we listed a property with him and then had to leave for a month. He took care of everything, was ahead of the curve on everything, even fixed some things that I couldn't get to. Even our attorney appreciated his thoroughness - praise indeed! His lower commission rate is simply a bonus.
MIchael's a great realtor who I can't recommend highly enough! I was a pretty unique first-time home buyer purchasing a large multi-family home with a low down-payment FHA loan option, and all of this from over two hours away, none of which threw Michael off.
