Terrible service, unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone, you’re better off taking your money elsewhere.
Atrocious customer service and zero degree of professionalism. I dealt with Andrew Franklin in person at the office and was floored by how unprofessional and downright nasty he was. I have no clue who rattled his cage that day. When a prospective customer who's got big money walks into his office and (regretfully) has to deal with him since he's the only one avaiable he ought to demonstrate at least some degree of professionalism and retract his claws.
