A true con man. Robbed me and didn’t finish the work. Claims to be a good Christian but it’s just a cover for his deceptive practices. Don’t hire - he’s a liar!
I hired Mike to finish some leftover jobs in the basement. this included installing sheetrock, new windows, and touch-ups. He just did the most basic job one can imagine. He even did not close gaps in the corner of walls because that was not part of installing sheetrocks. Instead of paying attention to the job and delivering it in a form that I would call a " true dedication" he constantly called me and nagged me about the job being more than what he estimated, etc. After you sign the contract and give him the key, pretty mu... read more

Do not use this con man. He knows nothing about construction. He will lie to you, use cheap materials, cheap labor, and walk away with your money. Luckily I had a contract with him, so a breach of contract lawsuit was filed against him. AVOID at all costs. Not to mention - he changed his company name from Mike Samiel Home improvement to Samiel home improvement - as if that would make a difference to his liability.
