I can tell that Dr. Salkovitch loves what he does. He is passionate about dentistry and always keeps current on advances in his profession. If I have an emergency, he always fits me into his busy schedule. He also has a remarkable memory and has total recall on anything I have discussed with him in the past. He cares deeply about his patients. I moved 45 miles away but I have kept him as my dentist because of the excellent care I have received from him.
I have been going to Dr. Salkovitch for years and can't say enough good things. I have referred him to friends and family multiple times. The dentist office is never fun but his friendly staff and nice, clean office make me feel relaxed. Unlike most doctor and dentist offices, I never feel like they are pushing me out the door to get to the next patient. Salk treats you like family. Explains things very thoroughly, and boy does he know his stuff--only recommends procedures if you benefit, not just to hike up the bill like some other dentists in town. Happy to have him as the family dentist all these years. Doesn't matter if you're 8 or 80, he's that good.
