I love love Dr Sagatelian, but his billing department is terrible! I had my first colonoscopy on referral. Some time later, they were calling to tell me it was time to get another one. I declined till about 6 months later when a family member got a terrible diagnosis. I called and scheduled my procedure. I advised them that my ins had changed. This guy has been my GI doctor for over 12 years. He also treats my parents. I had a phone conference set up doe August , 2023 and never heard from anyone. I have been trying to reach him, his nurse Reagan, and even the office/practice manager and NONE of them has had the decency to return my call. This is beyond unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend d Michael Sagatelian to anyone especially someone with a family history of colon cancer.
