Unfortunately, I am not having the best experience after my surgery. There is an issue and I have left several messages over the last 2 weeks with his Medical Assistant. There has been no communication. Today I waited for the Operator, explained the issue of no return calls and she sent me to the Medical Assistants voice mail...again. I am not happy to have to post this but I cannot figure out how to reach anyone. Hopefully they read these posts and someone will contact me.
Dr. Werner preformed Polydactyly surgery on my daughter's foot yesterday morning and he did a fantastic job ! She could not have gotten a better out come . her foot looks amazing we are so pleased with the results thank you Dr. Wener you have given my daughter her confidence back and for that I am forever grateful. I also would like to say west bay surgery center staff did an exceptional job taking care of her and treated her with great kindness and helped her feel relaxed ☺️ everyone was wonderful .I definitely recommend Dr... read more

Dr. Werner I feel is one of the best, highly skilled and efficient Podiatrists I have ever seen..My surgery went perfectly...His staff advised me what to do pre and post op accurately. Highly recommend Also West Bay Surgery Ctr very good facility...where Dictor performed my surgery. kw
