Went to Dr. Nason for the first time today. I was very concerned about a sudden floater in my eye. He had the best combination of expertise and calming demeanor. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend seeing him for your eyecare needs. I’ll will definitely be going back to see him.
Dr Nason is very rude and very unprofessional. He does not know how to talk to patients. The staff in his office are all the same including the office manager. No one in that office knows what customer service is.
I will never recommend him to anyone. He cancelled my appointment three times. Twice on the phone and the third time I was already in his office. He was cancelling my appointment because he needs to see patients with insurance first which I do not understand because I have insurance. This doctor is very unprofessional.
Was on time, efficient, answered all my questions and explained his findings very clearly in language that I could understand.
