I will no longer be going to see Dr. Laidlaw ! Even if my leg was hurting me, and there was no one else to help I would not Go back to see him! If someone was to talk to his wife or his daughter, the way he did me someone will be knocking out the door. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. I felt like he attacked me verbally sitting there in a room, just the two of us, and if he would’ve read the notes, he would understood and know that I was being honest and the questions he asked me ! Dr Laidlaw and his staff are wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable, caring and truly wants the best for his patients.
Dr. Laidlaw and his entire staff were great during my visit on Tuesday. You never know what to expect during a first visit. I was quite pleased with the care I received.
The staff were friendly and helpful.They answered all my questions.
