I had knee replacement surgery with Dr. Spittle, and I am so pleased with the entire process. He explained every step of the surgery and rehabilitation and took his time answering all my questions when they arose. The physical therapy department is excellent and they all helped me progress in regaining my mobility. Everyone I came in contact with -the receptionists, the nurses, the PT assistants, the physical therapists, and the doctors- was so nice, and I'm VERY happy with the care I received. Physical therapy took awhile but I now can walk with no pain. Very happy with results !
This is the first negative review I've written and am generally a very positive, encouraging and gracious person. I found Dr Rod Miller's verbal and body language with me to be extremely rushed, rude and belittling. I understand it's common for doctor's to be pressed for time, but it's vitally important to manage that outside of the patient's presence, to ensure that they feel seen, heard and cared for during the short time together.
