# Had to wait more than an hour for my scheduled appointment with the PA. # Never saw a doctor in four visits for treatment of a fracture. # Was given incomplete, inaccurate, and medically unsound advice related to treatment of my fracture.
I had knee replacement surgery with Dr. Spittle, and I am so pleased with the entire process. He explained every step of the surgery and rehabilitation and took his time answering all my questions when they arose. The physical therapy department is excellent and they all helped me progress in regaining my mobility. Everyone I came in contact with -the receptionists, the nurses, the PT assistants, the physical therapists, and the doctors- was so nice, and I'm VERY happy with the care I received. Physical therapy took awhile but I now can walk with no pain. Very happy with results !
