Has been our family’s eye doctor for almost 20 years very through and patient
Dr. Jacobs is treating me for glaucoma. He is very thorough and very personable. I really like him.
Had 1st appt today. Found him to be a bit condescending; no written f/up instructions given for conditions I addressed; one was not addressed at all. He did ask if I had any more questions, but truthfully, after his little attitude, my focus wandered and I failed to be certain everything was addressed.
I recently visited Dr. Jacobs for my annual eye exam. Received an excellent exam. All actions and findings explained. Well run office with great staff.
