Dr, Dolan was great, sergery went well. The medical records personal blackmail you by charging you 50 dollars to fax your paperwork to your short term disability, they even say if your payment goes through they will send it. After paying 1200 out of pocket then 40,000 for sergery, you'd think that would grant your paperwork being sent. If its not sent you don't get your disability, kind feels like a shake down !!! I did not appreciate the shake down !!!
My first time with Dr.Dolan; He was Top floor of Selmer; the entire top floor, Since being at Bone & Joint , In My opinion DR. Dolan is the best Hand Surgeon in the United States,, & Dr.Stoneciphor Cannot be replaced, Tennessee is Amazingly Blessed to have The Bone & Joint Clinic at t0 Capital Dr. Jackson, TN. DR.Dolan,is beyond Excellence and He and DR.Stoneciphor Are Above A 10 Star Rating..Thank You, Cindy Lee Anderson ✝️
Overall experience was good during the visit and Dr. Michael was great with his knowledge and care .
