I started this journey with a high risk, MDS, very close to AML At the Mary Bird Cancer center in Alexandria, Louisiana, and for reasons not disclosed. We left there to see a hematology/oncology doctor at Willis Knighton and became a patient at Oschner’s LSU health system in Shreveport, who will be performing my bone marrow transplant.
