Entire staff personable, thorough and highly organized.
I was disappointed because I was told to bring any imagine or films I had regarding my situation. I had an MRI and brought the disc along to my appointment. Then the Dr requested xrays at the appointment and only used them to diagnose my situation, he never looked at the MRI. I felt the Dr was cavalier and I felt like my situation was unimportant. I was in pain and I was expecting something completely different.
All the staff was very nice and I was well taken care of. My one critique is that there should have been a seat at the intake desk as I had to stand (while on crutches) during the 10 minute in-take process.
