I had a deeply concerning and negligent experience with Dr. Rutter. During our first visit, he was ready to dismiss my case without further investigation. I had to personally pressure him to order the necessary diagnostic tests, including an MRI and EMG. Despite my clear symptoms, he was completely insensitive to my needs and misdiagnosed my condition. Seeing Dr Rudder for the first time. Check in was easy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. They did my x-rays right there and there was very little waiting. Dr Rudder listened to me, answered my questions and did not rush. His diagnosis differs from the last Dr. I saw and I have confidence in his diagnosis. I would recommend the practice and particularly Dr. Rudder
Educate yourself, research and get another independent orthopedic opinion. Dr over diagnosis's. Alternate treatment options may be possible. They were for me.
Dr Rutter was very courteous in explaining my options with hip replacement surgery. I greatly appreciated him answering every question I had.
