Front Staff is a joke. They don't return phone calls and seem to care less about their patients and their well-being. Every time I've called here, no one seems to be able to help. Transfer my call, then transfer me again and again. Namely "Terri" (I believe in scheduling) never answers the phone (always get vm) and doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. I've had to follow up with her just to try to book an apt. And when you finally do get a hold of her, she is unapologetic and unsympathetic to your needs. Just took h... read more
My visit with Dr. Rubinstein was top shelf experience. I would recommend the doctor with family and friends. I found his knowledge very informative.
It was my first time seeing Dr. Rubinstein, and I really enjoyed my visit with him. He is very knowledgeable, he communicates his thoughts well, and was clear about the next couple steps we are going to take.

Setting up a time line to have my right hand fixed. I was comfortable with his, explanation, and diagnostics. He explained what was causing my problem , and the most effective solutions. All in a way, that did not require a medical translation . I'm in good hands
