Loved the NP here Rachel Surridge. Great bedside manner. Explained things so well to me. Calming manner, which helped with the procedures I had. I had a very disappointing experience with AP Derm Chelmsford. I was referred for imaging, but the facility they initially sent me to doesn’t even perform imaging services. After I called to inform them, they referred me to another location and told me they would call back to confirm. I never received a follow-up call. As a result, I wasted $55 and had to use PTO for an appointment that led nowhere. I felt completely brushed aside and that my time and concerns did not matter. I had a squamous cell cancer removed from the side of my nose last week by Dr Hayes and she and her assistant made me so comfortable with the procedure because I was so nervous about the mos surgery. It was completely painless and the results are looking great! Thank You So Much
I went there and the staff was friendly and polite. The doctor was the same way. He was nice when he examined me and he answered all my questions about the new medication that I will taking. He recommended that I use skyrizi and thanks to him recommending it only been 9 months since I started using the skyrizi and that medication made my plaque psoriasis has gone and stayed away
