Well first of all Kathleen and Devin run the show there dr. Rosen doesn't even know what's going on,they got so much money from me is unbelievable and they make up their own prices, kathleen. Because I had some money on my credit card and closed it out Kathleen would not give my money back to me when i changed a surgery.it I spent a lot of money in the spa not realizing that I was hooked and they were just taking all my money and ruining my skin. Went to Dr Rosen for Botox for the furrow lines between my eyes on the forehead. Pros: office, staff and Doctor were pleasant enough. Cons: waited two hours to see the Doctor and 3 1/2 weeks later, I can still furrow my brow.
I went for surgery with Dr. Rosen and could not be more pleased! My outcome was more then I could have expected! As a patient and a registered nurse I felt very comfortable. The staff is highly professional and extremely competent. I recommend EVERYONE I know! Another surgeon who wants your business may tell you that "no matter your age you need blood work" but as a nurse I will tell you that that info is not factual.
