I cannot recommend Dr. Roche enough. He is kind, caring, understanding. He doesn't make me feel like I have to be an expert so I can convince him to believe me. He listens to me and doesn't blame everything on my weight. He recommends ways to get holistic care, like explaining how conditions can affect your entire body.
