Great staff all around. 6 stars.
I called the office with a series of issues that my past dentist seemed to overlook or dismiss as "not a serious problem." I continued to be in pain that just seemed to grow worse with time. I went to Dr. Mikes office in need of treatment quickly. Dr. Mike was able to pick up where my past dentist left off, fill in the gaps both literal and figurative of my past treatment, and present the information to me that was easy to understand. DR Mike is Amazing! The staff is super friendly and kind most of all knowledgeable. I recommend this Dentist to any and everyone!
Dr Rizzone's staff and hygienist were all very great people! However when I did see Dr Rizzone he was very unprofessional and very rude when he confronted me regarding how much fillings would be and implying I could not pay his fee! That was not true, also told me he would send my records to another office. That is what I did! If he already decided this he could have is secretary call to save me the trip! Bad Business!
