Terrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes on hold just to be answered by a rude lady. I wanted to make an appointment for husband (who had already tried calling but was also on hold for way to long) who was going to be a new patient but I was told I cannot because I’m not on an emergency contact list? No thank you, I will find a different doctor office that has better customer service care.
Dr. Rashid was complete in his explanation of my condition. I have confidence going forward now knowing what to do.
