Ridiculously long wait time for a scheduled appointment without any explanation as to why. Was told some people wait for 2 hours after their scheduled appointment.
My first visit and Dr. Raklewicz is an absolute miracle worker. I barely walked into the office and walked out with a pep in my step. Thank you so much for your compassion.
The appointment with him lasted for the time it took for him to say, "You don't have anything wrong with your back, you just have a 68-year-old back. I have the same problems with my back and all I take are these. I'll give you a paper with the online app with the website." And as I was leaving he handed me a copy of a vitamin that he takes and he said, "This is all that I take. You don't need more pain medication." I wondered if he got a kickback from sales.
