I received an acl replacement surgery.Came back years later explaining how the pain is still bad, knee is swollen, and the loss of mobility. Shapiro said my knee was fine and to ignore the pain. Years later I get a mri and find out my surgery failed! Now I need another surgery and will have arthritis in my knee forever.

I highly recommend this medical office for their professionalism and quality patient care. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was courteous and efficient with the check-in process. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition clearly, and answer all of my questions. Very rude and incompetent staff. If I could give this place a zero I would. They do not help patients! Christi the “office manager” or who ever she is or calls herself is so quick to return you to your primary. They do not know how to handle patients at all. No manners or empathy or compassion.
