I walked in there thinking I was going to find a good new eye Dr that could answer my questions on Lasik but they barely gave me any information at all. I ended up having to do some more research because they gave me other options because Dr Sellers thought that his prescription vision corrector magic nightly contact would be better for me. (Or better for his wallet) Their staff was friendly enough. One of the girls didn't seem like she wanted to be there but the sales girl for my glasses was great. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
