Wonderful Doctor! I suffer from TMJ jaw pain. My jaw slipped out of place while eating. I have been living with unbelievable pain- I could not eat or open my mouth, and my neck just hurt! After seeing dentists, maxiofacial specialists, no one could help me. I went to see Dr. Renk who listened to every word and adjusted me, used medical equipment located in the examination room and now I can move my mouth, eat and talk for the FIRST TIME after seeing Dr. Renk for 10 MINUTES! He cares!!!
Dr. was OK. His staff made me feel like a deadbeat. I switched jobs and, although I was covered the first day of employment, my health insurance enrollment wasn't processed when I went to see him. I paid $20 each visit. His staff hounded me for my insurance information. They implied I was lying about being covered. After insurance processed the claim, I got a bill for the uncovered portion on a Saturday. I sent the payment on Monday, and got a nagging call from them about the bill on Tuesday.
