Lucky to talk to a person on the phone – It would be nice if I can reach someone in the office to make an appointment instead of talking to stupid machines. Especially if it's a emergency. To be fair it's not just this doctor, it's 50% psychiatrist. Maybe have someone there at least answering phones during business hours so the I don't get crazier.
