Disappointed by my overall treatment care. Lack of timely follow up and unprofessional management staff communication. Dr Liebow himself however is highly knowledgeable and has great bedside manner.
This office took a clipping from my toenails on 6/28 and told me the results would be back in 1-2 weeks. I called 3 weeks after not receiving any call and was told to call back end of week. I called end of week and was told they would have the results on Thursday. I call today only to find out they are on vacation from today until 8/7. It is SO UNPROFESSIONAL to tell someone to call back for results that have been SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED on a day YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE ON VACATION. Avoid this office at all costs. Dr Liebow has been a wonder. Other podiatrists had all the tools, but not the knowledge and expertise that I have experienced from Dr Liebow. He takes the time needed and listens to you. He knows what he is doing. Obviously, I can’t say enough. If you are still suffering like I was for almost a year, drop what you are doing now and call him.
Dr Liebow has helped me with a few issues over a 10 year period. I always go back to him even if for a second opinion, because no other doctor takes the time to give a full explanation, and he also presents options with zero pressure one way or the other.
