Saw him a few times for both kids, called and made appointment specifically for stitches removal post ER visit - after he looks her over and KNOWING she had stitches, said he doesn’t do them in office. So why didn’t they say that? Why am I going to be billed for a service he was ill-equipped to manage and was not a surprise finding - this is what we were scheduled for SOLEY.
