Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
