Very disappointed in the lack of communication today in regards to my appointment. The phone call would have been very helpful to prevent me from wasting an hour and a half of my day for nothing. As a brand new client I would expect much better customer service. I know I'm just a small fish in a large ocean but my time is just as valuable as yours.
