Michael did an outstanding job in helping us find a new renter for our rental. Besides finding excellent prospects, he was constantly at the house overseeing the people who were doing renovations. This was very helpful since we live about 40 miles from the rental and couldn't be there every day. With his knowledge of the housing market and the area he was able to recommend excellent people to help us with the renovations.
