Dr Prados is one of the most dedicated, compassionate and competent physicians I've ever encountered; typical of most providers in the UCSF neurology section. He seems to genuinely care, takes time with patients, and has somehow escaped becoming burned out or scarred by the large numbers of very sick, frightened and vulnerable patients he cares for. It's too bad he's left the patient care realm but I'm sure feels he can do more in his new field of translational research
