As a medical professional myself, I have the insight to the behind the scene challenges that take place in the clinic. While at Dr. B.'s, those challenges are never portrayed to the patients. As far as anyone around can see, the office runs like a fine tuned engine with positive attitudes, professionalism and courtesy. My son who was nervous about coming to the dentist was immediately calm upon entering. His exam was done thoroughly and efficiently. Well done as always.
Brought both my kids (ages 1 & 6). My son who has seen a dentist before was very nervous this time because he had loose teeth. Everyone was super nice and made him feel at ease! Im so thankful we had a quick and painless trip!
