Michael made our move from the mainland to the Big Island seamless. We bought our home sight unseen and he went above and beyond and did all the legwork for us. His focus from beginning to end was helping us fulfill our dream to move back to the islands. He helped us with the resources we needed to make the move successful. He’s a wealth of knowledge and information and a joy to work with. His Aloha knows no bounds.

We are so fortunate to have found Michael. Since we were buying from out of state, we relied heavily on Michael's knowledge of the numerous areas on Hawaii Island's east side. He is honest and has integrity, making sure we bought a quality home. Michael is kind and generous with his time. He was also very patient with us during the entire process. I highly recommend Michael Pipta to anyone looking for a real estate agent on Hawaii's east side.

Short: In short, Michael is the best of the best, but on top of that, just an awesomely genuine and helpful human being. He's so patient, knowledgeable, eager to help and good at touching base frequently. If you need help finding a home on the Hilo side of Big Island, he's the person to go.
