My dad passed away this past spring and my mom was forced to move into the Brightview Retirement Community after 23 years in her condo in Bel Air. We were initially excited about working with Michael to sell my elderly mother’s condominium, as his colorful brochures refer to him as the "Condo King", and he had experience with the area where her property was located. Although he was fairly responsive to our questions throughout the process, his obvious disregard for her best interest and lack of knowledge regarding important laws were some of the reasons why our opinion of him progressively soured.
