The black nurse practitioner was rude! Was bothered when we asked question about a procedure we wanted to know more about. "Don't take it personal "
If I could give less then 1 star I would. First I went to see the Dr. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who I am sure was very smart and hard working. I have an issue where I have a bulging disc and I was in dire pain and was sent there by my Dr. who did the MRI because they recommended a cortisone shot. I am quite anxious because the place the shot was going (neck/spine). After speaking with the nurse, I asked if I would be seeing the Dr. at all to discuss the procedure.
