Michael Page was so helpful with our recent home inspection. Our home insurance had dropped us due to the age of our roof and we need a four point and wind mitigation. Michael was thorough, he let us know repairs that were needed before reports were finalized, and re-inspected to update all reports. He even helped us a third time after the report was complete to add something else which actually lowered our insurance. He is quick to respond to text messages and phone calls. Mike has done inspection for me on multiple occasions at 2 different properties. He's very honest, flexible and professional. If he notice an issue, he will discuss with you before finalizing report. Very happy with inspections Michael performed for me. I needed both a wind mitigation and a 4 point inspection and Michael was very responsive and prompt. His reports are very thorough and professional, so my agent and insurance company had no issues with accepting them. He also made recommendations outside the scope of his inspection that were very helpful and appreciated. Highly recommend.
