Can't stay enough good things about working with Michael! My husband and I worked with Michael to purchase our first home last winter. Michael was wonderful assisting us in the sale of our home, as well as working with a builder on buying/building our new home. He was willing to talk to us daily when it felt like a lot was going on. He called to check in multiple times a week throughout the entire process (staging our home, showings, packing/moving, closing, etc.). Michael put together a very targeted and detailed marketing plan when selling our home. The plan was as good or better than the sales presentations we heard from other area home selling leaders. He makes the process very easy and is easy to communicate with. He works hard to make sure everything is covered and that you'll understand and be comfortable with the process.
