This doctor is wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly and what I like most he tells it like it is. No BS.
Dr. Silverstein is an experienced and caring surgeon who is committed to doing what’s best for his patients. He is refreshingly honest. When my A1C was too high, he made sure I understood exactly what needed to happen before he would proceed with surgery, and he explained everything clearly and promptly. Don't know if the doctor is any good because they do not answer the phone and when I finally reached someone all I got was a lady with attitude, horrible demeanor and a quick disconnect because I would not let her talk over me. Might be a great doctor but with staff like this no one will ever know. Prepare to be abused by the staff.
Professional, Knowledgeable and Personable
First visit. Doctor seems very competent. PA is not a good listener. You have to repeat yourself several times. Lady at check out has anger issues.
