I took my stepfather (who has dementia) for his first visit today. He can be wary of medical appointments, especially if he doesn't know the doctor. First, filling out the new patient information on a tablet was so much easier than completing a paper form. All of the staff, from reception to check-out, were very pleasant and friendly. Everyone was extremely professional and concerned of my discomfort. X rays taken, forwarded to Dr. My visit was quick but I felt comfortable with his decision.
Dr. Silverstin on my appointment has been absolutely wonderful, He answered all my questions and furthermore offers important information as well. Soon I will schedule my canal stenosis surgery with Dr. Silverstein and I also will be able to tell you more. Above all else I trust and believe in this particular Doctor. I believe his focus is education, experience and kindness. And frankly In my opinion, that is the perfect balance you want in an excellent doctor.
