When I read the reviews I was stunned. I have been a patient with them for more than 20 years. The doctor is fantastic and very knowledgeable. The Office staff has always been very professional, friendly and polite. I highly recommend him and his office if your looking for an honest and great doctor. If your looking for a pill pusher, go somewhere else. He is not that kind of doctor. He is smarter than that.
The doctor himself is pretty good but his office staff are a bunch of Trolls. I'm aware that a doctor's office is not a retail operation but they have ZERO customer service. They answer the phone like you're inconveniencing them and talk to you like you're stupid. I've never once received a call back to get my test results and even after a week, when I finally call, they can't seem to find them.
