I cannot say enough good things about my orthopedic surgeon. He was excellent from start to finish. Before my total knee replacement, he gave me clear and specific instructions that helped ease my nerves and prepare me for surgery. What truly stood out was the level of care after surgery. The whole experience was very good. From the check in counter to the nurses and doctor all were very kind and welcoming. They took their time to clearly explain what I needed to know and could expect in my next appointment.
Dr. Ranson was thorough, professional and courteous. He listened to my complaints, explained why it is difficult to pinpoint exact problem sites and purpose for his plan of action.
Dr. Ransone is great! He explained everything I needed to know, in terms that were understandable. He answered questions that I was unable to get answered by other Ortho Docs. I feel comfortable and am ready for my procedure.
