I give it four and a half stars, because the staff is great. I always had Chrissy as my dentist and she was great. Great personality, pain free (as far as I'm not gripping the arm rests is concerned, at least) But when Dr. Morley would come in, my experience turned into more of a sour one. The thing is, Morley knows what he's doing; I wasn't in any pain when he worked on me, but like another reviewer said, his communication skills were none at all. He wouldn't talk to me. Staff is great. Dr not so great...poor communication skills and no follow through. Never seems to acknowledge patients presence in the room - speaks to hygenist as if you are not even there about any issues instead of communicating directly. If you have children go elsewhere as he does not seem comfortable in working with them and they will have a poor experience.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately!
