I should've left this review 10 years ago. This guy is a joke. I should've listened to my now ex S/O & fired him the first time I was denied, but I kept giving this guy chances since I honestly had no idea what I was doing? I got denied twice while Michael was my attorney. I eventually found a disability only, lawyer & A real one at that & also found a new pain management specialist, who I still see to this day. I finally got approved while I was still in the hearing room.
Mr. Kimbrell returned my call same day and took the time to answer my questions and put me at ease. He was candid and honest about my disability appeal. I felt he would give me the personal attention and true concern for my case that I didn't receive at a large firm.
As a client of Mike Kimbrell, I truly appreciate all of the personalized attention and advice he provided throughout my case. Unfortunately before I found Mike, I obtained representation from another VERY IMPERSONAL local "big box" disability firm.
