Dr. Lau and his team are wonderful! His staff was very personable and thoughtful. Dr. Lau was informative, sensitive, and addressed every one of my concerns with compassion. Dr. is the warmest, kindest man. He is also very good at what does. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dr. Lau and staff. :)
Where do I start? I had my surgical *rejuvenation* with Dr. Lau on May 26th 2023. To start, the staff was so helpful from the first phone call. Financing was easy. Dr. Lau called me the same day I initially inquired about the surgery to have a phone consultation. Did a great job on my partner's reconstructive surgery. I am highly satisfied with outcome. Appearance and functionality is very good. I would let my partner use him again as we are both satisfied with the results.
He was unprofessional and demeaning. As it turned out, he also didn’t know what he was doing.
